Q: I'm screwed,, iphoto upgrader is Not working for me,, need help

Just upgraded to Yosemite and not I can not access my photos,, it says my library needs updated,, have tried that several times, still doesn't work. Checked the instructions again,, seems like I have more to do,, but the instructions differ from what I have,, or can find.

Using the iPhoto Library Upgrader tool

  1. Download and install the tool. When you see a green checkmark above "The installation was successful," click Close.
  2. In the Finder, click the Go menu and choose Utilities.
  3. In the Utilities folder, open the iPhoto Library Upgrader.
  4. If the library shown in the window is not the one you want to upgrade, click Choose Library and select the correct iPhoto Library.
  5. Click Continue to upgrade your library.

I've gotten the green check mark several times now,, but I can't find the "Go Menu" or Utillities in the Finder section.

Please Help,

Thanks, Doug
