    Same here.

I am a Match subscriber and all references to it have been removed from iTunes including the iTunes Store. So the suggestion wouldn't have worked anyway.

I was having such fun adding stuff to My Music before this happened

After it not working for about 6 hours, I found that signing Out of iTunes, closing iTunes, opening iTunes, signing in to iTunes asked me (for the first time since I updated to iTunes 12.2) if I wanted to combine my local files, playlists etc. with my iCloud Music Library. I chose to, and now it seems to be syncing to the cloud. I will post if it fails again.

This doesn't work for me ... it starts "Waiting for Apple to deliver your iCloud Music Library" then goes back to "Unable to access your iCloud Music Library."

Correct, this just happened to me as well, it seems to start syncing properly then I get "Unable to access your iCloud Music Library."

Seems to have just randomly fixed itself for me - updated Recently Added and can now add stuff again!

I have the same problem. Near the top right of most iTunes Music tabs (including "My Music" and "Playlists") I see a broken iCloud symbol. When I hover over the symbol I see "Unable to access your iCloud Music Library. Click to Retry". Clicking temporarily reverts to an iCloud symbol with moving diagonal lines in it but it reverts back to a broken iCloud symbol after about 2 seconds.

iTunes seems to be working fine using the same Apple ID on the iPad and iPhone. I do not have iTunes match on. I do not have iTunes-->File-->Home Sharing on. My Apple ID is included in a Family Sharing account.

Tried all the following without success ...

    1. iTunes-->Account-->Sign Out; iTunes-->Quit iTunes; (?) Open iTunes; iTunes-->Account-->Sign In
    2. Same as above inserting -->Restart at the (?)
    3. iTunes-->Quit iTunes; Option (⌥) Open iTunes and choose new library then sign in with same iCloud account
    4. Create new test account (-->System Preferences-->Users & Groups-->Add test account); Open iTunes; Log in with same iCloud account
    5. Contacted Apple Support and after a long screen sharing session agreed with Apple Support that the problem is generic to multiple users and would, in time, be fixed by Apple. I patiently await a fix in that case!

    iTunes 12.2.0.145

    MacBook Pro (15" mid 2012) [MacBookPro9,1]

    OS X 10.10.4

    iOS 8.4 on iPhone 5s [ME434B/A] and iPad 2 [MC980B/A]

Tried to Logout and i'm still unable to connect to iCloud Music Library.

If you have already contacted Apple Support , i will not contact them, let's wait for a fix.

So far the problem is really annoying

Did the same screen sharing with Apple Support, and came to the same conclusion. I showed them this thread showing that other people are having the issue. We did a packet trace while I demonstrated the error (sign out of iTunes, quit, sign back in, error pops up), and sent it to Apple. They are researching issue and are supposed to get back to me. I'm sure it is a server side issue but it is strange that 1) It only seems to be affecting a small subset of users, and 2) everything related to Apple Music works fine on iOS, this just seems to be a Mac OS problem.

Funnily enough, the first iTunes support tech I spoke to didn't even have the newest iTunes on his system and had no idea how Apple Music worked.

This is happening to me too.

A little cloud icon in the top right of iTunes 12.2 with a thunderbolt inside it, and when hovering over it, it says:

Unable to access iCloud Music Library. Click to retry.

I have tried all the solutions in this thread to no avail. Strange how it is happening on just my iMac, yet everything seems fine on my iPad.

Hope this gets fixed, but it seems to be happening to such few users that I fear Apple might not even acknowledge it.

Same thing is happening to me. Tried restarting iTunes, and then logging out/back in and still nothing works.  Now only my "Available Offline" music is showing up in my library. It's quite annoying.  I too have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro.

As an update...this problem seemed to fix itself about 30 min ago. All of the music I had added on iPhone suddenly popped into My Music on Mac, and can now add/downloadlike music in My Music from Apple Music catalog on Mac.

Did you do anything to make that happen? Because I've been trying everything to fix my issue.

No, it just started working out of thin air. I'm GUESSING that either A) some of Apple's servers completely crapped out and those affected this small group of users (otherwise big name sites would be posting about this if it were affecting all of Apple Music); AND/OR B) Apple went through and was able to see on their end the accounts that were affected and fixed them manually, meaning that hopefully everyone else's will come online as they are fixed. Could have been some collision with accounts that previously had iTunes Match and/or cancelled iTunes Match before Apple Music launched (as I did). But some people here also said they never used iTunes Match so I don't know about that one.
