Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If you can, delete photos, videos, etc., to free up iCloud storage space. Then you may be able to restore from iCloud without having to worry about increased iCloud charges.

I went to Itunes home page and I cannot find a file tab on my computer so i thought maybe you meant from my phone but I can't find one there either. I'm sorry i am not very good when it comes to this kind of stuff. I appreciate your help.
