Q: Why does my apple id that I use for the app store and for find my iPhone need to be the same for Apple Music?

I purchase all my music / movies / apps through 1 iTunes account.

 

But my MobileMe account and find my iPhone use a different account.

 

Why does Apple want them to be the same account for Apple Music?

Because it is one free 3 month subscription per Apple Account ... People would simply keep creating different accounts and never pay. So it is all tied into your main Apple ID.
