Q: iTunes will not open after the update
Using 10.10.3 I updated to the newest iTunes on my 2013 iMac and it worked for a day and now it will not open. I tried rebooting and it did not work. What do I do?

As someone who uses iTunes almost constantly I know that I would be upset if it failed to launch as you describe. Let's see if we can get you back up and running with all your music.
You mention that you updated iTunes on your iMac. You may have noticed that there is an update available for the Mac operating system also available. I would recommend that you run this update. See this article for instructions -

If iTunes continues to be unable to launch after the update, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
