Q: How do I cancel my iCloud storage account?  I don't need 20 GB?

I also have a cloud backup on my iphone but I still haven't used a portion of the storage.  Is this a yearly charge or monthly charge.  How can I talk to apple about this?

    It sounds like once you're charged, it lasts through a certain period - probably a year and if you downgrade they won't refund any money back to you because you paid for 20 gb.  I think I've had this conversation years ago with Apple and keep forgetting to cancel -- I see the charge on my card and then I remember I have it, so, I can backup my phone to iCloud which I will probably do.  I was also reading yesterday that I can also backup my pc (I have a Dell).  Is it possible to use the storage to backup my pc and desktop computer?
