Why do I have two libraries in photo?
If you have two libraries in Photos then you migrated two or created a second one - in any case it is the result of undisclosed user actions
I thought the events from iphoto was suppose to change to albums automatically in Photos?
It does
so again with no information one can only guess - combined with the two libraries I guess that you migrated two libraries one that was essentially empty - or that the albums are there but hidden
But with vague questions and no details guess are all that can be done

Only you can know, why you have two Photos libraries. When you launch Photos for the first time, it will open the last iPhoto Library of Aperture library you opened. If you later open the Photo or Aperture library you want to be your Photos Library, you will now have two libraries. Photos will also create a new library, if it cannot open the current library.
Did you migrate a second Library to Photos after you first launched Photos? Or did you see a prompt to select a library?

Yes, when Photos migrates an iPhoto library, it will create an album for each event, and these albums are in the folder iPhoto Events.
If you do not see this folder, you may currently have opened the wrong Photos library. Try to switch between your libraries to find the correct one with your events.
To switch between libraries hold down the alt/options key while launching Photos.
