Jul 9, 2015 5:57 AM in response to Allen Aby jeepin dave,Allen, Thank you for the info, however I followed both links, but still had the same problem of not backing up with error code of "not connected to internet". Continued trouble shooting and discovered did not have "router and "dns" address. I then shut everything down and rebooted the modem/router. After starting the system, back up, I had both address. Then the updating started and then iPad backup up to iTunes. In the future I think that the internet connection will be the first thing I check. Again thank you.
