Jul 1, 2015 12:21 PM in response to jlsgatorby tmethei,That same thing happened to me as well. After the update to 8.4 and the signing up for Apple music I can't get my family shared purchases done on other accounts. on the App Store it simply has Free instead of the cloud icon against the app. I'd like my purchases back

Jul 9, 2015 10:43 AM in response to jlsgatorby Brian Cook4,These is no solution, because they removed this intentionally as part of the new Apple Music service. They have publicly claimed they will restore it this fall when they release the updates to iOS 9 and the next version of OS X. Until then home sharing is just gone. Oddly the menu to control home sharing is still there, but it is no longer supported.
The only work around is to do your syncing though iCloud which of course only works with content from iTunes.

Jul 9, 2015 11:28 AM in response to Brian Cook4by Chaoticrath,Thank you for that information. It's very disappointing that Apple chose to go this way. I wish I was popular like Taylor Swift do I could shame them into going back and doing it right. But thank you Brian I appreciate it.
