iOS iBook does not list my previously purchased audiobooks only purchased books.
Viewing the purchased item in the iBookstore shows the price. Attempting to re-purchase the item provides the notice "You already have this item". However, the app will not download the item.
Viewing 'Purchased' items in iTunes shows music, movies, tv shows, etc but not audiobooks.
The only way I have been able to get the audiobook onto my iPhone is using a fully manual transfer from iTunes desktop. I NEVER EVER sync with iTunes desktop. I resent having to do so in this case. I have no idea why audiobooks are an exception to apps, music, videos, etc. but I really hope that Apple sorts it out.
I regret buying audiobooks through Apple and will most likely move back to Audible. At least it works as advertised.
