Q: no sound with flash on Yosemite

I am having troubles with the sound on Yosemite, I can hear music or sounds within all apps, but can't her sound when navigating with Safari or Firefox. The flash plugin says its's actualized so I don't know why and what can I do to fix it. Thank You.

Mac mini (Late 2012), Mac OS X (10.7.5), Flash 18.0.0.203

Apple Music

Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Storage tab.

Then click: Delete All then select: Delete All Site Data and Settings

Then click: Delete Data

Quit then relaunch the browser.

Thank you Carolyn, but I did that just a few minutes before writing the question and still having no sound
