Jul 10, 2015 5:22 AM in response to bradwiggoby Demo,Nobody here can answer your question. We are not Apple employees. this is a user to user support forum with virtually no input from Apple. Send another email if the first one didn't get a response.
Did you try here?

Jul 10, 2015 5:23 AM in response to bradwiggoby Ethan7988,This is a user-support forum. No one here would know why you haven't received a reply from Apple. But if you post your problem here (without any personal info) we may be able to help you with it.

Jul 10, 2015 12:55 PM in response to bradwiggoby ChitlinsCC,If Apple has replied - by email - to any contact started via the various contact pathways here -- near the beginning of the body text they will make a statement something like " In any email regarding this issue, please include " Case # 12345678 " in your email " == Case # seems important to maintaining the chain of communication.
It is tricky finding any email address to send a message directly via email - most emails are started via a webpage form.
