Jul 10, 2015 1:24 PM in response to ilan16by Loner T,The simplest solution is to re-install OSX, which will not touch any of your non-OS files. Please also repair disk in Disk Utility.

how i fix that problem ?

Jul 11, 2015 4:45 AM in response to ilan16by Loner T,This is not related to previous installations of Windows, but some of the BC Assistant files may be corrupted. The re-installation should fix any such issues.
You can also try Disk Utility Repair. If that does not work run the following two procedures...
