Q: So I've created a ePub3 book. Now how do I sell it (outside the iBooks library)?

I've created a book in iBA using one of the new ePub3 templates. Now how do I go about selling it for multiple platforms?

 

Unrelated: anyone else finding the templates quite buggy?

For selling on Apple's iBookstore, read the FAQ.  It also has a link to a list of Aggregators.

Other stores of possible interest are Amazon/Kindle, Google, Nook, Kobo, Sony.
