Sorry to hear that you are having multiple issues with your computer. I understand that you are unable to currently open iTunes as it is telling you that it was created with a new version. Let's See if we can get this fixed for you.
From that message that you are seeing you may have installed a previous version of iTunes. Try the download link below to get the latest version from Apple. Once you have done that, run the installer that downloaded and after that, you should be able to run iTunes with your library still intact.
