- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Aug 25, 2015 4:56 AM in response to Rene Estradaby Nikitikitavi,When you are going to the apple support page the link takes you to scroll down to the bottom right of the very end of the page click contact Apple support and choose to schedule a call at your convenience they are so friendly and really fun as well as outgoing to help I always wonder how fun it must be to work there for the simple fun customer service they are always up for
