My I phone 6 fell into the water immidiatly I wipe it off and shook it to take the rest of water then turned it off and put by the window in a rice bag after 36 hrs I turned it on nothing comes up only asking for passcode then says locked simcard is it damaged? anyone knows what happened
I think I have an idea! Go to your Carrier and get a new Sim Card for starters. If that doesn't work then take it to your nearest Apple Store for repair or Out Of Warranty Replacement. (You will have to pay either way, unfortunately.
Sorry to hear

When you set up your iPhone did you enter a Simcard pin
Lock code if you did it maybe the same code as your iphone
Pass code if you didn't try the default code for sim is 1111
