The Terms of Use for each country's store plainly state that you must be a legal resident of the country of that store and be able to provide a payment method for that country with a verifiable billing address in that country.

"After you change the country of your account, you won't see the items you purchased from the previous country’s store in the Purchased section."
This is quite unfair. You do not have these issues with android stores like Play store.

It would be unreasonable to expect Apple to keep these records on copyright for every single App, piece of music or film and then apply them individually to everyone who moves to another country,
