Q: Help! My iPod cannot connect to internet!

Force Restart your iPod then try again >  Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

BTW, it's 6.1.6

I'm having the same problem. I've restarted it and reset it and it still won't connect. Glad it's not just me though

I have the problem. I can't connect the Internet at 11. After that I try again and again but it's no use

I have 4th generation. All my other electronics are working fine on the Wi-Fi, so I know that's not the problem

Same here Mine is also doing the same thing....Hopefully the professionals in this community won't just stop responding because we tried everything we could to follow their steps to that usually debug the problem and then find out that it isn't....

Same problem here.  Running 6.1.6 - my son's iPod.  Poor kid thinks he broke it.  Misery loves company though ...

I have a 3rd Gen iTouch & mine isn't even working as well. It ***** because its been this way for about an hour now. It was working fine before then, and it died. Right when I plugged it in to charge, it stopped working. So I have nooo idea whats going on. Anyone get theirs fixed yet?
