Q: ipod touch will not connect to internet on home wifi - was working fine earlier but now will not connect.

My Ipod touch suddenly will not connect to the internet through my home wifi It was working fine earlier but now does not connect and pops up a page entitled Log In that does not respond to anything. I have contacted my internet provider who have reset the modem, i have had no problem connecting with my smart phone, tablet or laptop. anyone know what I can do, please?

On the iPod tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

This restores to network factory default settings.

Then restart your iPod. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and add select your network name.

You will probably need to re entire your Wi-Fi password.

Hey there, here's the fix:
Open SETTINGS
Go to Wi-Fi and click on the little blue circle with an arrow
turn Auto-Join ON
turn Auto-Login OFF
Use your iPod like normal
