Jul 15, 2015 1:49 AM in response to Neil Creaghby Rapha el123,Same for me Mavericks OSX 10.9.5, Apple Airport Extreme. Very annoying popup! I used the computer at home in the middle of the night with no problems but I am having the problem now, in the office.

Jul 15, 2015 1:57 AM in response to Ocean 17by djm3lody,I contacted Apple sport via online chat support and they told me to install a certain malware detection software (which I did). I ran the malware detection and it didn't detect anything. So then the tech says I have to purchase continued support help for $29.99 or bring it in to a genius bar to have my mac looked at. WOW!!!!!

Jul 15, 2015 2:00 AM in response to djm3lodyby Rapha el123,Hmm I feel for you djm3lody. That is not the kind of response that we were all hoping for. Thanks for the update on the malware detection software though. I have Sophos running all the time and it has not reported anything.

Jul 15, 2015 2:01 AM in response to Ocean 17by osdieman,Same problem here on two macbook's..
Both running Mavericks... also for some reason wifi gets self assigned ip addres.. But still works as the ip is the ip given by DHCP server..
What seems to work for me at the moment i made a location " Home " and in this i set ip and dns static.. After i use instead Location Automatic to Home.

Jul 15, 2015 2:11 AM in response to Ocean 17by K Shaffer,Perhaps more persons experiencing this issue should report directly through Apple Feedback:
Apple Feedback
Tell us how we’re doing. Select the appropriate feedback option
(we read everything, but can’t always respond):

Jul 15, 2015 2:17 AM in response to j.7by Roger Wilmut1,It looks like a mess-up at Apple's end. For a start-off someone has pasted the code into a web page creation program as if it was content instead of into a code editor. I don't know whether this is why the page is suddenly appearing - it's affecting a lot of people on iOS and Mavericks though I don't see it on Snow Leopard (I did when I changed my Maverics iMac to use Wifi instead of Ethernet).
The page is apparently checked when a wifi connection is successful, but it shouldn't actually appear. Possibly the checking process expects to see the word 'Success' as the first text, which at present it isn't. It looks like something only Apple can sort out.

Jul 15, 2015 2:21 AM in response to j.7by steve cameron,My office computer is connected by ethernet - it also had wifi activated - so disabling the wifi stopped the message - this is not going to work for the laptop... :-(
