Jul 15, 2015 7:01 AM in response to AdrianHunterby skycaptainshell,Sorry, I should clarify "restart" not "restore." I would prefer not to reset my Iphone unless that is the absolute only way to resolve this issue.

Jul 15, 2015 7:05 AM in response to skycaptainshellby AdrianHunter,Sometimes a restore is the only way to solve problems. Do you still have Apple Support? You can call them to see if there is another solution but I think they might give you the same advice.
You could first try to reset all settings: Erase all content and settings on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
