Q: voice control-turkish

I had an iphone 6

model A1586

Bought from U.S which is an internationally unlocked device.

However, voice control language menu does not includes TURKISH , when I initiate voice control application starts ans closes itself in a second

Tried other language rater than English for voice control , it works...But Turkish is problem

I have no problem for Siri, it could be used in Turkish.

How could I solve that , any idea?
