Q: How do I fix my storage problem? Won't let me delete any apps

The lion's share of your storage is NOT likely Apps, but rather content - music, images & video.

Make sure that you are allowing for app deletion if you use restrictions. Settings>General>Restrictions>Deleting Apps>Off.

Our friend Demo can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can delete the "Stock Apple Apps" that come with the iOS. - ÇÇÇ

While not Demo, you are absolutely correct. You cannot delete the native iOS apps.
