I understand that you are unable to update your iPhone. Could you provide more details on what exactly is happening when you attempt to update? Are you receiving any errors? How much space is available under Settings > General > About when you attempt to update? I would start with going through the troubleshooting steps in the attached article below.

- Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
- Plug in your device to your computer.
- In iTunes, select your device.
- In the Summary pane, click Check for Update.

- Click Download and Update.
