Q: itunes connect is blank after logging in

I know this has happened before but I have not found any logical explanation for this. I created my first app and loaded it via XCode for TestFlight internal testers. Once it was loaded by XCode, I logged in in to itunes-connect and just see a blank screen. I have tried different machines, browsers, from Iphone, but all to no avail. I verified that the apple system status shows that Itunes Connect is up. Unlike most posts regarding blank itunes connect page, I cannot see anything from any machine/device/browser

 

I really need to enable the app for testflight and I can't do it because of this issue

 

Any ideas on what could be wrong? Anyone I should contact to get this resolved?
