Jul 17, 2015 9:47 AM in response to LETS DO COKEby Patthesplat,Me too - this problem just started happening to me in the last hour. Up to now I had no problems with Apple Music.
I tried disabling Firewall as described in the error but this made no difference, and in any case I haven't changed any firewall settings and Icloud was working fine up until today. I am not using Norton I am using McCaffee.

Jul 17, 2015 9:50 AM in response to Patthesplatby LETS DO COKE,Exactly the same thing with me. I disabled my firewall and nothing happened and I haven't made any changes to my setting to do anything either. Hopefully it's a problem on their end and gets fixed quickly.

Jul 17, 2015 10:05 AM in response to LETS DO COKEby Matthew Peckham,I am currently having the same problem. That said, when connected to the same network (at work) via wifi, I am having zero issues on my iPhone. I have also had iTunes on Windows crash on me once today. Will post again if I find a solution.

Jul 17, 2015 10:19 AM in response to nenaahby goi42,It's stopped for me as well for now (Mac), but I didn't do anything. I think it's an issue on Apple's end. (To clarify, I have Match and Apple Music.)

Jul 17, 2015 10:24 AM in response to LETS DO COKEby RyanPinPB,I'm having the same issue. On a Mac OS. My phone has been connected to the same Wifi as my computer
"
The shared library “Cloud Music Library” is not responding. (503)
Check that any firewall software running on either the shared computer or this computer has been set to allow communication on port 443."

Jul 17, 2015 10:30 AM in response to nenaahby Matthew Peckham,Unchecking that box likely means anything added to your My Music from Apple Music will not be synced to any of your other devices. In fact, when I uncheck that box and then try adding something from Apple Music to my music the box gets rechecked and I receive the same error.

Jul 17, 2015 10:32 AM in response to nenaahby LETS DO COKE,Well yeah this is the solution to the popup but this completely defeats the purpose.
I want to be able to use the iCloud Music Library.

Jul 17, 2015 10:35 AM in response to LETS DO COKEby Matthew Peckham,Indeed. I just logged in to my Mac at home remotely and received the same error. Even though I am not receiving any errors on my iPhone, I would hazard to guess that it is an issue on Apple's end. Hopefully they fix it soon. Have been checking Twitter and not much on the error yet.

Jul 17, 2015 10:59 AM in response to LETS DO COKEby joelfromwarrenton,I am having the exact same problem, and have tried everything I can possibly think of to fix it. I did everything suggested above, and absolutely nothing worked. I guess the only thing I can do now is to call and complain to Apple Support and hope they can fix it. If they can I'll post what worked.
