Q: I need a app to be able to down load drivers for my new Epson  Printer

You don't need to use any "drivers" for your printer and especially not have to use an app to "download drivers" to print to it with your device but the printer does have to be an AirPrint capable printer.

Your printer manufacturer may have a dedicated app that will give you more features and controls than the generic AirPrint feature set does. Search the App Store for your printer manufacturer and any available apps they may provide in regards to AirPrint printing

From the manufacturer's website. First thing is to identify it as being AirPrint capable. The link I provided above has a full list of AirPrint printers (I don't know how up-to-date it is). If you don't see it there, check the manufacturer's website.

If our printer turns out to not be AirPrint capable, look in the app store for an app called Printer Pro (by Reedle). Not a perfect solution, but works fairly well with my HP.

Can try to downloand the Epson App on itunes. See does the app detect your printer when it's on the same Wi-Fi network.
