We'll need more information before we can help you.
It's a bit late for this advice but no one should ever update or upgrade applications or OS in a critical situation where a deadline is looming. Get the show out the door and cash your check from your client BEFORE you upgrade or update.

I've tried putting it in a new library, and I've tried deleting the render files/ None of it makes a difference. The timeline says that it is all rendered. And I have set in and out points. What am I missing?
