Jul 18, 2015 7:24 AM in response to ahsirgby berwicks,Thanks. Sadly my ISP prevents me from changing the DNS provider in my router settings.
Good old old Sky Broadband!!
spent all day going back and forth with Apple and they said it's only Sky customers affected with this issue!! So if true, for once it's not an apple issue!
I am on to them now to report that their DNS server changes have caused this issue. Here's hoping they fix it soon.

Jul 18, 2015 7:30 AM in response to VKC74by ahsirg,HI. If you change on the router all devices that are connected to it will be fine with apple music. If you change on the Mac wifi settings only the mac will work. DNS is just a server which matches IP address and domain names. You can set any one you like like opendns or Norton as long as it works for you. It is harmless and legal

the technical people at Sky are on the case and they will get looking at the issue today. as I don't have a Mac computer or another router I'm kind of stuck for now.

Jul 18, 2015 7:52 AM in response to mclusktby CreativeBasement,★HelpfulHey, I too am on Sky broadband, so couldn't change it on the router settings. BUT you can do it on device, both mac and iOS devices, and can confirm that it has fixed the problem for me. I can now stream on iTunes and make tracks available offline on iPhone.
You can go and get DNS server addresses here: https://connectsafe.norton.com/configureRouter.html
But for ref its: 199.85.126.10
For iOS devices follow this: http://www.iphonehacks.com/2014/08/change-dns-iphone-ipad.html
For Mac follow this: http://macs.about.com/od/networking/qt/configure-your-macs-dns.htmApple Music is now functions as normal. But obviously this is something they need to fix.
Hope this helps someone else.
