Q: Photos library not in the iTunes pulldown menu to start syncing Photos albums to my iPhone (5c 16GB)?

I have followed the various steps with only one Photos library on my MBP. Noted that the "Use as System Photo Library button" button in Photos general preferences is greyed out (library already selected, there's only 1 on the system). But 'Photos' does not show as an App in the iTunes pulldown to start syncing Photos albums to my iPhone (5c 16GB)? Can someone advise?

Note: I am restoring to an iPhone 5c temporarily as my iPhone iPhone 5S awaits screen replacement.

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4

Do you have the iCloud Photo Library enabled on your Mac or iPhone?

If it is enabled the photos can't by synced via ITunes.  That's because the iCloud Photo Library does that sync automatically and doing it again would only duplicate the photos in the library.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply! iCloud Photo Library was disabled but My Photo Stream was still enabled. Turning off My Photo Stream too, solved the issue in iTunes.
