Jul 19, 2015 2:20 AM in response to WickedJargonby Irungrond, same with me I am based in the UK works fine on phone but doesnt work on any other device either win 7 or OSX, any time you try and play a track which is either cloud stored, or from apple music itself it keeps skipping them, and doesnt play anything, have logged out on all devices, restarted, restarted wifi etc and still the same. running library itself on win 7 pc, and using my laptop macbook pro 2013 to gain access to library through cloud. On iphone 5s apple music works fine can access both icloud stored tracks and apple music

Jul 19, 2015 2:27 AM in response to Irungrondby aikidosensei,Change your DNS - it worked for me, I just changed it to Nortons for now....199.85.126.10 , however ok for short term, not good for long term Apple !

Jul 19, 2015 3:44 AM in response to WickedJargonby mrwoodski,This is happening to me (UK) since last update. Every cloud track I have added to My Music skips. Works OK on my iPhone and Windows PC, just the Mac is having the issue. Tried to make available offline and got error 400. Some of the tracks "info" button states the track is ineligible for icloud.

Jul 19, 2015 3:44 AM in response to WickedJargonby thomasbhatia,Was using Google's DNS, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Changed to Norton's DNS 199.85.126.10 and started working again.

Jul 19, 2015 4:00 AM in response to aikidosenseiby i_Mike,Interesting, I've been using default sky DNS'es (90.207.238.97, 90.207.238.99), I've changed them to 199.85.126.10 and it worked straight away, thanks!
Wierd as my iphone used Sky DNS'es and the apple music still works, it's just the iTunes that's affected.

I've been having the same problem for a number of days. My ISP is Sky using the black SR102 router. Do you know how to change the DNS on this router? I've connected to the router and changed the pages, but can't see where to change it.

Jul 19, 2015 8:45 AM in response to WickedJargonby leebrown2,Apple need to sort this urgently, or they'll lose loads. I've no idea how to change my DNS. Apparently Sky one is fixed. Anyway, I'll just go back to Spotify now.
LEt's hope this one is escalated and resolved soon.

Jul 19, 2015 8:58 AM in response to leebrown2by fintan_moloney,Same problem here in Ireland. Yesterday everything was fine now Apple Music decided to lose all my playlists and searching for songs is pointless. It just skips over every song. Maybe I should hold onto that Spotify subscription.

Jul 19, 2015 9:33 AM in response to J_LittleRedby i_Mike,You don't have to change it on the router, change it in your network setting in windows: open Network and Sharing Center (from control panel), change adapter settings (on the left hand side), right click on the connection that you're using to connect to the internet, properties, Internet protocol Version 4, enter this IP in the "Preffered DNS Server" 199.85.126.10 , hit ok, ok - and that's it, should be working straight away.

Jul 19, 2015 12:26 PM in response to i_Mikeby mrwoodski,Thanks, changing the DNS to 199.85.126.10 worked for me as well - do not know why though, I am not PC technical - doesn't explain why the issue happened in the first place, so still needs resolution from Apple.

Jul 19, 2015 10:58 PM in response to WickedJargonby KaiserSoze101,Same issue with me here in Ireland. Every Apple Music song I try to play/stream just skips and will not play. I signed in and out of my Apple ID, closed iTunes, restarted my Mac, cleared the cache, turned off and on Apple Music, restarted my router, and no result. If that wasn't enough, I contacted Apple support and they told me to reinstall OS X. I went a step further and backed up all my files to an external hard drive, then cleared all the storage on my Mac and reinstalled OS X. Guess what? Nothing. I then contacted Apple support again to tell them all that didn't work and you know what they said?! Yes, that's right, send away my Macbook for repair!!! For what!!?? Because I can't stream a song!? These idiots are unbelievable. No way am I doing that! This needs to be fixed right away.

Jul 20, 2015 1:06 AM in response to KaiserSoze101by fintan_moloney,Send your Macbook in for repair !?!? That's a funny one lol. I'm going to give the DNS idea a go a little later today and will report back if it works. Its odd as everything was fine up to Saturday now endless problems with Apple Music

Jul 20, 2015 2:03 AM in response to KaiserSoze101by foranIRL,also in Ireland; on Eircom; Apple Music from iTunes stopped working. But working from iPhone and iPad - using of course same Eircom WiFi
On the MAC - I can use a US VPN server which updates the DNS server (based on other replies to this issue) - works perfectly.
Also tested on a Windows machine; using a US VPN and works perfectly.
Issue is iTunes and Apple's european servers.
