Q: FaceTime not working on iPhone

Hi all

 

Anytime I try use FaceTime audio on my iMac using my iPhone I get a message telling me they must be on the same network, which they are.

 

My Apple ID and password are valid and everything else seems to sync fine (iMessage, Photos, Apple Music).

 

Any ideas on what I'm missing or doing wrong?
