If you are unable to get your iPhone to accept your iCloud password though you have confirmed that it is correct by logging in to the web site, I would suggest that you change your iCloud password on the web site. See this article - iCloud: Change your password
Once changed, attempt to log in to iCloud on your iPhone using the new password. If this works, you should be good for iCloud login. Be sure to change the password use in other locations for your Apple ID. See this article - Where can I use my Apple ID? - Apple Support
