Q: I'm having trouble importing photos from my iphone 6 plus to the new photos app on my macbook/imac. What can I do?

I am trying to clean out my iphone and can't find a way to move all my phone pictures to my macbook and imac. When I use to use iphoto it was no problem, but now with the new 'photos' app that all my pictures got 'migrated' to, I can't get it to work..

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you can't import photos from your iPhone to you computer. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
