Jul 20, 2015 5:42 AM in response to rvrmomby AmishCake,What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried turning the printer and the router off, then back on? Are all devices connected to the same wireless network? A little more info from you would help us to help you.

Jul 20, 2015 5:55 AM in response to AmishCakeby rvrmom,Yes, I have turned the router and printer off and then back on. I also have a computer printing to the same printer with no problems. I have also done a reset on my Iphone5 and did a "forget this network" , then let the Iphone find the router again. Same, still won't print.

Jul 20, 2015 9:11 AM in response to rvrmomby AmishCake,But are the printer and the iPhone both on the same wireless network? You didn't answer that question and it's very important.

Jul 20, 2015 1:24 PM in response to rvrmomby AmishCake,That's not what I asked: I asked if they are on the same wireless network. They can be on the same router, but on a different network; i.e., the printer can be on network 1, but the phone can be on the guest network, which is why they don't see each other. Please check this.

Jul 20, 2015 1:30 PM in response to rvrmomby moekan, check this article out Print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, it also has a list of AirPrint printers, I would make sure that it is listed and also has this ever worked?

Jul 20, 2015 1:55 PM in response to AmishCakeby rvrmom,All I know how to check is the router......If you can tell me how to check this, I will. I am not tech savy at all.....I can say the IP address on the Iphone (where you check the information) is different from the printer IP address. My computer still prints to the printer, just not the Iphone.

Jul 20, 2015 1:58 PM in response to moekanby rvrmom,My Iphone was printing perfectly until recently. We did have a brief power outage a couple of weeks ago. Printer and Iphone both go through same router.

Jul 20, 2015 3:39 PM in response to rvrmomby AmishCake,Go to Settings > Wi-Fi on the iPhone and make a note of what the name of the wireless network is that it's connected to. I have no idea how to check that on your printer as I don't know what kind of printer it is. Get the manual out or look it up online as to how to get into the settings there and make sure the name of the wireless network is exactly the same. If it's not, go back to the iPhone and connect to the same wireless network that the printer is connected to and you should then be able to print.
