Q: My Support Prolfe and auto-registrations of devices.

Hi,

 

On "My Support Profile", the only device on my account is an old iPhone... Does registering an Apple product not automatically add it to your profile?

 

I had my MacBook Pro stolen (and no, it wasn't insured ) and I'd like to find the serial number to check if it comes up anywhere (if that's possible too). I read on other forums that if you didn't have it, you should be able to find it on this profile page...

 

Can anyone help - or is there another way to get the serial number?
