Q: iPhoto version gone
Some how I lost my current iPhoto. When I open it there are pictures from a different version. I don't even know how to explain it. How do I recover the version and photos I've been using for 12 years. All my photos are gone. I looked in Time Machine and it only opens the same version. Help

Oh no, one last question. The pictures folder that is usually on that left sidebar under Applications (on your photo above) has disappeared from that location. How do I get it back there?
Diana, click somewhere on the empty Desktop to bring the Finder forward. Then go to the menu bar on top of your screen to the "Finder" menu and open the Finder Preferences.
In the Finder Preferences click the "Sidebar" tab and enable all items you want to see in the Sidebar.
