Assuming your computer came with at least Lion it already has it. If it did not, but was updated, it should have been automatically added to it.
Once you install the hard drive, the computer should technically boot directly into Internet Recovery, as there will be nothing else to boot into then.
If it does not, and your computer originally came with Snow Leopard instead of Lion, you will need a set of Snow Leopard Full Retail installation DVDs to proceed.
