Aug 13, 2015 6:23 PM in response to sophiesarahby Ryan Jo.,I had the same exact problem, it wouldn't bounce up and down at all and what fixed it was clicking on the apple logo at the top right of the screen, clicking force quit, selecting finder, and hitting relaunch.

Sep 27, 2015 8:33 PM in response to ciangalby EEEEEEEEEEE,Ok - I think I have the solution. I'm on PC, so if you're on a Mac, I'm not sure how much this will help. Anyway, go to File Explorer, then This PC, then Music, then iTunes, then you'll probably have two files: iTunes.bak and iTunes.itl. There should more files than that, but those are the two you'll need. Delete the .bak file and empty your Recycling Bin. Then restart your computer. Once you're on the desktop, give your computer a few minutes to load all the files. Then, you should be able to open iTunes.
Hope this helps for all you PC users out there.
