Q: iPod Storage Bar

Hi Kperalta95, you could try updating your itunes application (if it needs updating). There have been a few issues with itunes and ios 8 so i wouldn't bother fixing it because nothing on the ipod is going to be lost is it?

Can you post a screen shot of what iTunes bar shows?

Have you synced any photos/videos to the iPod?

Have you teken any videos with the cam ears or saved any videos from email or a website?

Try updating to IOS 8.4, as the new software may work better with your current iTunes version.

I remember I used to have the same problems with previous IOS 8 versions, but they eventually fixed it up. Apple is bringing out IOS 9 in fall, so maybe they'll have fixed it up by then. (I also have an iPod Touch. )
