Jul 24, 2015 9:59 AM in response to jp.pmby mjriley,I had this same thing happen to my watch yesterday. I took it to the Apple store and they had to ship it off to be "fixed". Fixed could mean reinstalling the OS, replacing a bad component or replacing the whole watch. They said it would be 5 to 7 days before the watch was returned to the store for me to pick up. I think your only action at this point is to contact Apple support and have them look at it and ship it off.

Jul 24, 2015 11:20 AM in response to G3gatorby mjriley,Unfortunately not. When a watch is unpaired from a phone, the Apple Watch app on the phone says to go to settings > reset on the watch and reset it so it can be paired again. When I did the reset per the instructions, it wouldn't boot back up. It has no connection to the phone.

Jul 24, 2015 1:28 PM in response to LarryHNby mjriley,So I reset the watch without unpairing it first. I wonder if that might be why it was stuck in a boot loop. Unfortunately, I can't test anything since Apple has already shipped it off for repair. I will report back what they did to fix the issue (assuming they give me any details).
