Jul 25, 2015 6:16 AM in response to larry limby Meg St._Clair,You don't state which Fitbit you're using. I guess that it might be the Flex. According to FitBit's website, the Fitbit should sync with a 4S:
- Syncs with Windows Vista and later, Mac OS X 10.6 and up, iPhone 4S and later, iPad 3 gen. and later, and leading Android and Windows devices
On your phone, go to Settings>General>About>>Model. What does it say?
Have you installed the FitBit software and followed the pairing instructions in the app? You don't pair it by going to Settings>BT. You need to use the app.
