Q: 12.2.1 Fix is not working

I tried this supposed fix - but the majority of my music is showing up as "Apple Music", when they should absolutely be Matched, Purchased or Uploaded.  I have none showing as uploaded...  Any suggestions?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

i had the problem that my redownloaded songs stayed apple music drm protected files.

here i explained who i solved the problem:

Redownload songs stay Apple Music DRM protected

You have to logout from for apple account in itunes.

I cleared all caches in itunes and cookies in safari, too.

(The "itunes match" session is stored in the safari cookies for some reason, so i deleted them to be sure.)

After closing itunes i logged in again in with my apple id.

then in settings i reactivated the "icloud music library" (the new itunes match) and waited to let itunes match finish its library search.

After that i activated apple music, too.

No if i apply apples fix:

Delete downloads from matched songs which appear as apple music file

and redownload the songs after that they all appear as my own songs without the .m4p drm protection.

So i hope i could help someone who had the same problem.

The important thing is to log out from your apple id in itunes and clear everything like i explained.

When you relogin everything works like it should.

    Regards

    Julius
