Q: iPhone 6 paired with Windows 8.1 but cannot play music on PC speakers

iPhone 6 is paired with Windows 8.1 PC. Music on iPhone can be controlled by PC, but music does not play on PC speakers. Deleted and restored iPhone on PC with no change. Any suggestions?

Are you playing the music through iTunes or some other way?

Attempting to stream Apple Music and podcasts (from Overcast app) from iPhone to PC speakers.

Are you connecting via Bluetooth? If so, I don't believe what you wish to do is possible. Last I checked, you can use Bluetooth to get internet to your PC and to transfer files with certain apps, but nothing else.
