Jul 26, 2015 2:16 AM in response to alifarokhzadby King_Penguin,Support need to confirm your id and that it's your account, which is more easily done via phone (Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support) than by emails going back and forth (it can take them up to 48 hours to reply an email) - you can try contacting them via email and see what they reply with : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
