HI guys I gave the last try to the apple store in Belfast yesterday, and with my big surprise they offer me the choice to replace the screen  or the full device sobstitution..

I've got a brand new phone and I'm happy....

just disappointed about he fact that in four different apple store they refuse to change the device... So I'm wandering if the employers of apple know what they talking about ...

but I must say as well that they were always friendly so just must be some miscomunication regardin this problem...

This has happened to my phone twice and I haven't had it one year.  It has also happened to my mother's phone but not my husband's.  Apple will replace the display and do not act surprised at all when I bring it in.  I keep my phone in a LifeProof Fre case and do not drop it.  The last tech said that it will shift to the left (when looking at the camera) because the speaker is to the right and it can't shift that way.  Sounds like a personal problem, Apple!
