So i assume you want to have all of your photos all together, in one place. What you're going to want to do is this: iCloud and Apple's new photo app in os x Yosemite in which if you connect both of your macs to that account, the photos will sync and you will have them all together! Let me know i this helps!
Best,
Vaios

In two different Users on my MacBook Pro I have PhotoLibraries. I tried to merge by exporting photos from one to an external hard disk but the vital date created is lost and replaced by todays date. How can I merge these libraries?
right now there is no way to merge libraries under Photos
You can use iCloud Photo library for both users so both will have the same library
You can export photos from one and import into th other (no this does not lose the date the photos was taken as that is stored by the camera in the EXIF and IPTC data inside the Photo and is carried over during export) - you will lose Face info and any Metadata you do not export
