Q: LOST MY PHONE

I lost my iPhone 4 . I put the phone in lost mode using Find iPhone app but it appears the phone has not been connected to the internet.

To be located the device must be powered on and have an internet connection.

Depending on how urgent it is, you can erase the device from the Find My IPhone app so that no personal information can be found. Also if you had the "Send Last Location" setting enabled on your phone it should show up on a map where it was last seen before it either ran out of battery or was disconnected from the internet.

There is no way for you to remotely wipe the phone if it is not connected to internet yet unfortunately...
