Jul 28, 2015 2:30 AM in response to edders14776by Alfred DeRose,For starters, you can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

For example, you say you cannot open, install or delete, but you would not be able to open or delete an app that isn't installed. And you cannot install an app that is already on your device. Please be as specific as possible as to what you are doing and seeing. Screenshots help a lot if your able to do that.

The app was already on my phone and I was using it fine, performed updates a usual, the app wouldn't finish updating. Which is what happens when ever I try and update it.
When I restart my phone I get is a shaded dark icon then when I click on it says waiting and nothing happens.
